Vastu Tips for East Facing House – Home – Property and Plot

1. North-east facing plot or independent house should have a lower compound wall boundary towards the north as well as south direction. The height, as well as the width of the boundary, should be based on the size of the plot.

1. Main compound gate should be in the east or north direction of the boundary wall.
2. Provide slope of the plot towards the northeast. As per Vastu land with a slope towards the north-east proved beneficial to the inhabitant of the plot or home.
3. Construct a lower compound wall towards the northeast. This helps in attracting a pure and positive flow of cosmic rays from the north-east corner.
4. Avoid slope either towards the south-east, south, south-west and west direction of the plot as per Vastu. It invites bad luck.
5. Borewell or underground water storage or tank in the northeast corner is always best.
6. There should not be drain water flow towards the north-east.
7. House should not be close to any canal.
8. Building or house facing a T junction plot is a big defect and should always be avoided. If already occupied earlier then Vastu remedy is very necessary.
9. Never plan a bore well, septic tank or underground tanks towards the south-east or south-west of the plot. It may cause frequent obstacles and health problems.
10. Avoid a lift as well as a staircase opposite the main entrance.
11. There should not be bigger windows towards the south or south-west direction of the house.
