Houses ruling wealth:
The Money Houses in horoscope are 2, 11, 9, 5, 8, 7, 3, 4, 6 & 10
The 2nd House in Kundli (Wealth or Dhan Bhava): The 2nd house is the house of income, liquid assets, all transactions, financial matters, bank balance. It signifies how you earn your money and what will be the source of income. The house determines the self-earned financial prosperity.
The 11th House Kundli (House of Large Sums, Gains and fulfilment of desires, or Labh Bhava): The 11th house is all about great gains, large sums of money which you get suddenly. Such gains can be in any form. It also determines the rise and fall of gains.
The 9th House in Kundli (House of Fortune or Dharma Bhava):The 9th house is the house of luck and fortune. A strong 9th house indicates how easily you will gain money and how strong is your luck in financial matters.
The 5th House in Kundli (The House of investments, stocks, decision):The 5th house explains about all kinds of stocks, trading, and unexpected gain such as lottery. (Lottery of unexpected sudden gain is also seen from 8th and 11th houses).
The 8th House in Kundli (House of sudden loss and gains, inheritance, windfalls, legacies, hidden wealth): The 8th house is the house of inheritance and all kinds of money that comes through others in any form.The 8th house will tell you about hidden money and the dowry of the partner and monetary benefits from in-laws. It also shows money through shared resources and effects of business transactions.
The 7th House in Kundli (The House of business and relationships): The 7th house is the house of business activities and sources of money from such activities as well as from travel.
The 3rd House in Kundli (The house of will power, courage and self efforts): This house is second to second. Money made through self efforts are seen here and also the courage put in.
The 4th House in Kundli (The house of fixed assets, vehicles, lands and buildings, own house). Possession of lands, vehicles, houses and gains from them is studied from this house.
The 6th House in Kundli (The house of daily job, service, enemies, conflicts & health) This house rules daily job & routines and income possibilities from such activities, health (as without good health all is vain), daily routines, choices made and habits form of daily routines, wining over enemies and gain from it.
The 10th House in Kundli ( The house of actions, fame, professional area, work environment, government and authorities, nature of work) This house signifies for source of money, fame and status from actions, the professional type of work, nature of job and the field of work.
The 12th House in Kundli (Foreign lands and sources) This house shows foreign connections, travels, work and gains from foreign lands and sources.
Planets ruling wealth:
The two most important planets which are also called the Dhan or Wealth Karakas of Wealth Signifactors are: Jupiter and Venus. Both these planets are rulers, indicators of wealth and prosperity.
But while analysing a horoscope for wealth, finance, prosperity and source of wealth, we should not depend only on these two planets for analysis.
Each planet has its role in becoming and functioning as the source of wealth in astrology and in anyone horoscope.
For example:
Sun shows wealth and gains from authority, government and power, father, administration, self expression, creativity, leadership, medicine etc.
Moon shows wealth from liquid items, liquid cash, from mother, advertising, architect, healing, public relations, real estate, teaching, etc.
Mars shows wealth from lands, buildings, property, archaeology, engineering, mechanical works, medicines, defence jobs, geology, business, etc
Mercury can show wealth from business trading, stock market, communication activities, accounts, education, music, sales, sales analytics, IT, teaching, language, etc.
Saturn can show wealth from properties, lands, mines, petroleum, landed property, programming, technical works, accounting, organizing, business, vocational education, engineering,
Rahu and Ketu if placed favourably and good conditions can give massive amount of wealth sometimes out of sudden.
Rahu and Ketu also rule Aeronautics, computer sciences, medicines, astrology, astronomy, chemistry, foreign languages, researches, occult, healing types, artists, etc.
Yogas and Astrological Combinations giving Wealth:
Foremost and first of all the lord of the Ascendant, its position, overall strength, aspects should be analyzed first in any horoscope to study the influence in maintaining the overall status of wealth and finance in life.
Conjunction of 11th lord and 2nd lord. More close they are better will be the amount of wealth. Even if they aspect each other than also this yoga takes place and brings wealth but it’s not as powerful as conjunction between the two. And on top of that if these two planets are aspected by jupiter than the person will receive immense wealth.
If the Lord of 2nd house is either exalted or in its own sign then the person becomes rich.
Conjunction or aspect between moon and mars brings wealth.
Conjunction or aspect between 11th lord and 9th lord.
Exchange (parivartana) of house between 2nd and 11th lord.
Conjunction or aspect of 1st and 2nd lord and if there is exchange between the two then it’s gives sudden wealth.
Any relation between 2nd lord with 5th lord brings wealth.
Exchange between 2nd and 9th house lord.
All the benefic planets in 6th, 7th and 8th house from the ascendant or from the moon brings wealth, fame and position.
All the benefic planets in 10th and 11th house from ascendant.

11th lord in 2nd house.
Exchange between The Lord of 1st house and 11th house.
Relation between lords of 1st, 2nd and 11th house and if anyone of these is exalted or vargottami then the person becomes extremely rich.
Conjunction of the 10th and 11th lord.
The 9th lord in a Kendra or Trikona or exalted or in own house.
17.The 10th lord in the 10th or the 2nd or the 9th.
Powerful Mercury, Venus, Jupiter in the Ascendant or the 2nd house.
The 2nd lord in a Kendra or a Trikona from the Ascendant lord.
The Ascendant and 2nd lords in exchange of signs

Note: For analysing Yogas and their effects, one must see their overall strength, signs placed, aspects and also relate with other malefic yogas (if any) in the chart. For example I have observed in many horoscopes that if: A persons may have one or two of the above mentioned yoga or configurations in his/ her chart, but if the chart also has Pitra Dosha or Shrapit Dosha or Kaal Sarpa Doshathen the yoga will not give its real fruits.
Nakshatras Ruling Wealth:
These are Nakshatras (Constellations) related with wealth. If in horoscope, planets are beneficially placed (check other parameters also) then they produce wealth gaining indicators.
Nakshatras ruled by Venus: Bharani, Purva Phalguni and Purva Ashadha.
Nakshatras ruled by Jupiter: Punarvasu, Vishakha and Purva Bhadrapada.

Wealth Yoga (Dhana Yoga) according to Ascendant
Aries Ascendant (Mesha Lagna)
Influence of 1st lord Mars, 11th and 10th lord Saturn, 9th lord Jupiter on 5th house will make gives good amount of wealth.
Also if 5th lord Sun is placed powerfully in its own house, with Gajakesari Yoga (conjunction of Jupiter & Moon or mutual aspects) happens in 2nd, 9th or 11th house, native becomes rich.
Taurus Ascendant (Vrishabha Lagna)
When Venus is in 2nd house, Mercury is in either 2nd, 5th or 11th house and Jupiter is in either of 4,7,10 houses, native becomes rich.
If Saturn and Mercury are conjunct in 2nd house, he/she will become rich.
Gemini Ascendant (Mithuna Lagna)
Conjunction of Mercury and Saturn in 9th house gives good wealth.
If Saturn is exalted in Libra and conjunct Venus, native will inherit huge property from ancestors. Moon can also form Dhan Yoga for this ascendant.
Cancer Ascendant (Kark Lagan)
If Venus is placed in 9th house, native will have rich lifestyle.
If Jupiter along with Ketu occupies 6th house, native get incredible grandeur.
Leo Ascendant (Simha Lagna)
If Sun and Venus are in same sign in Navamsa chakra, the native will make huge amounts of money from trading.
Venus conjnct Mars in 4th house, makes native enjoy his wealth to the maximum.
Virgo Ascendant (Kanya Lagna)
Venus conjunct Ketu in 2nd house will bring sudden stroke of luck and wealth.
Moon in 10th house, Mercury in 1st house, Venus in 2nd house together will give a rich lifestyle.
Libra Ascendant (Tula Lagna)
Venus and Ketu in 2nd house will make native a multi-millionaire.
Mars, Venus, Saturn and Rahu conjunct in 12th house will also make native rich.
Scorpio Ascendant (Vrischik Lagna)
Jupiter and Mercury placed together or aspecting 5th house and Moon in 2nd house, will make native a Billionaire.

Note: We must analyse that the Ascendant, related houses and planets should not be afflicted in above conditions.
Mahadasha and Wealth:
Mahadasha of Jupiter and Venus are analyzed for Wealth Gains.
Apart from this, Mahadasha of Lords of Houses 2nd, 11th, 4th, 5th and 9th also gives wealth in their Vimshottari Mahadasha periods.
Further Antardasha of related Planets are also studied for wealth gains.
Transits and Wealth:
Transit of planets (Gochara) is very important analysis along with the Mahadasha under activation to determine the timing, source and type of getting fruits of wealth and prosperity. These transits are analysed for related planets to particular houses under consideration, transits over natal planets, transits over significant Nakshatras, conjunctions and aspects forming during these transits.
Indu Lagna (Indu Ascendant) & Wealth:
Indu lagna is a special ascendant which is also known as the Ascendant of Wealth & Prosperity is important point in a horoscope. Indu lagna is analyzed to determine the financial condition, situation and accumulation of wealth of a person. It is used to determine the wealth and prosperity of the native. It is important point in Ashtavarga.
Calculating Indu Lagna:
One Root Number has been allotted to each Planet (except Rahu and Ketu)

Note the 9th house lord from your Ascendant and note down the root points are allotted to that planet.
Note down the 9th house lord from your Moon sign and how many points are allotted to that planet.
Add up these two planets’ allotted numbers.
Divide this sum by 12, and find out the reminder.
By the reminder you get that will determine the lagna. You need to count that many houses from your Moon’s position in chart and that will be your Indu Lagna.
For example: If reminder is 1 then your Indu Lagna is where your moon is placed.
If reminder is 0 then 12th from your moon sign or previous house of your moon’s position is your Indu lagna.
If reminder is 2 then your Indu Lagna is the second house from where the moon is placed.
When a planet is posited in Indu lagna then dasha period of that planet will be financially better.
A malefic planet in indu lagna will give moderate result
A malefic and one benefic will give mix result
One exalted malefic will give very good wealth at the end of the dasha.
No planet in indu lagna then the planets aspecting the lagna and strength of the Indu Lagna lord will give good result.
Strong 2nd and 11th from Indu Lagna will also increase potency of acquiring more wealth.
Dhan Yoga as per Lal Kitab
Lal Kitab advises that we must see 4th, 10th and 2nd houses collectively to see the financial status of the person. The 10th house is the “land of destiny” for the native. 10th house gives us an indication about the size or vastness of the land allotted to us through Saturn, the original lord of the 10th house. A planet posited in 10th house will give us indication about the area of the land.
But getting only an area of land does not gives wealth as per Lal Kitab. So to know about how much the land is fertile, we need to check the quality and dust of the land ruled by Venus.
Therefore, the second house, which is ruled by Venus and also signifies wealth will tell us about the same.
Unless the land is fertile, nothing can grow over it. To keep the land fertile, we must have water (Moon) for irrigation therefore, fourth house has to be analysed.
Further, if any of the related house (10th, 4th and 2nd) as per Lal Kitab is occupied by malefic planets or any of more of these houses is empty or having malefic aspects then inflow, fertility or capacity will be lesser. For example, a person has enough water (liquid money) but no land (area, knowledge and field) to invest or use then it becomes useless.
Apart from above, role of 9th House, Mercury and Jupiter has also been given special significance in Lal Kitab.
