Paap – Kartari Dosha:

This Dosha is formed in a horoscope when one house in that horoscope is surrounded by malefic planets on its either side. For example: If a malefic planet occupies the second house from the house under consideration and another malefic planet occupies the twelfth house from it then this Dosha is formed.

“Paap – Kartari” means: Paap = Malefic whereas Kartari = Scissors. So it means = Scissor of Malefic Planets cutting the benefic significance of a house.

Effects of Paap- Kartari Dosha:

This dosha gives very hard times and situations to the person. Such people are as if tested by cosmic forces and really have to work so much extra hard to gain something of their efforts. Marriages can also be delayed due to this dosha.

Usually, persons having this dosha in their chart either develop their skills and become very hard workers, tough and brave as not only they realize that nothing comes easily in life, they also develop that fighting and never giving up skills. But at the same time, some of them become weak and give up with mental and emotional weakness and start blaming themselves, circumstances and others, thereby losing their energies and the house under its effect in the chart gets suffered and afflicted.

Remedies for this Dosha:

1. An astrologer should not just give prediction by only seeing the formation of this Dosha. Effects of this dosha is reduced if Benefic Planets are either occupying the houses with the malefic planets on both the sides or directly having aspect on them.
2. The house and lord of the house under this scissor effect should be made strong.
3. Person should learn and practice “Anulom – Vilom” breathing yoga and do it daily.
4. Person should do Meditation daily after worshiping his/her Ishta Deva.
5. Person should donate clothes to the needy people and to children on Monday.
