Chronic kidney disease, also called chronic kidney failure, describes the gradual loss of kidney function. Your kidneys filter wastes and excess fluids from your blood, which are then excreted in your urine. When chronic kidney disease reaches an advanced stage, dangerous levels of fluid, electrolytes and wastes can build up in your body.

They also make hormones that keep our bones healthy. If kidneys are damaged harmful wastes such as creatinine and salt accumulates in the body. The body becomes swollen due to ill function of kidney and accumulation of the waste product. This is called Kidney failure.

Fluid retention, which could lead to swelling in your arms and legs
High blood pressure
Rise in potassium levels in your blood which impairs your heart’s functions

Weak bones and an increased risk of bone fractures
Anemia
Decreased sex drive, erectile dysfunction or reduced fertility
Different types of seizures
Decreased immune

Houses involved:

Kidneys are ruled by the7^th house in chart and by the 7^th lord. Any affliction to the 7^th house and 7^th lord can cause problems in kidneys. Planets Jupiter, Moon, Venus and Mercury are the karakas of Kidney diseases. Signs Libra rules this. Also if in the chart Mars, Rahu are afflicted or there is negative conjunction of Mars and Saturn they can give kidney problems.

Weak Jupiter affects liver and stone problem occurs in gall bladder. Due to weak Mercury infection problem occurs in body and it creates stone in kidney.

If Jupiter affects first, fourth, fifth and eighth place in birth chart then stone problem occurs. If Mercury affects fourth and fifth place the person may have stone problem.
