If Sun is in weaker in strength, badly placed and not favouring the individual and delivering ill effects, then the individual is advised to wear this root of Bael also known as Aegle Marmelos
After getting root of Bael, purify it with Ganga jal and offer dhoop, deep and flowers while chanting Surya Mantra facing Eastern direction on Sunday Morning, tie it in pink colour cotton cloth or thread to the upper part of right arm. You can also wear it on your neck. The Bael mool is used to decrease the negative effects while simultaneously increases the positive effects of the Sun or Surya.
You can also perfom puja and wear it during any of the constellations of Sun that are – Krittika, Uttarphalguni and Uttarashadha at time of Sun rise.
